Diamond Income Fund focuses on core plus, income driven assets with strong weighted average leased term in strong Midwestern markets that reflect healthy long term fundamentals.  Diamond Income Fund I was launched in 2017 acquired over $80M in four mainly core-plus office properties in St. Louis and Indianapolis. In early 2021, Diamond Income Fund II was launched and invested in core plus multifamily totaling just under $175M
